A complete privacy policy ports here once it's reviewed by legal. The principles below are the rules we operate by today.
We collect the minimum needed to run RetroSync: your sign-in identity, the boards your team creates, and the notes you write on them. We don't sell that data to anyone, ever — and we don't train AI models on it.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. RetroSync is hosted on Microsoft Azure under enterprise terms; AI features run on Azure OpenAI under a Data Processing Addendum that prohibits training on customer data.
You can export every board to PDF or CSV at any time. If you delete your account, we honour it within 30 days, and you can request a copy of your data before doing so. Questions? Email us at privacy@retrosync.app.
